In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness month and the one year anniversary of the 21st Century Comunicationsand Video Programming Accessibility Act (CVAA), the FCC honored innovators with an awards ceremony. The awards are meant to encourage innovation and reward those who have been succesful in improving "the ability of people with disabilities to obtain and suceed at jobs and prarticipate more actively in the community"
