One in five people have limitations that affect how they access content online. The Web Access Workshop provides professionals with tools and techniques to improve usability and reduce user frustration. The workshop focuses on the end-user experience, barriers to access, and tools that promote usability. 

Participants will:

  • Network with web professionals on communications, usability, and technology issues
  • Optimize rich and social media for access
  • Improve interoperability of websites
  • Get hands-on learning with the latest tools and freeware
  • Apply techniques that improve usability.
